Living Between Worlds: Helping adults living across cultures and identities build clarity, connection, and resilience
I understand what it’s like to build a life across cultures because I’ve lived it myself. Over the past two decades, I’ve lived and worked in Turkey, Kuwait, and the United States, experiencing both the richness and the challenges of adapting to new environments, balancing cultural expectations, and seeking a sense of belonging.
Many of my clients share these experiences. They may feel torn between different worlds—unsure of where they truly fit—or face conflicting identities, such as the tension between cultural or religious expectations and their gender identity or sexual orientation. Some are immigrants, adult children of immigrants, expats, or Third Culture Adults (TCAs). Others may have never left their home country or city, but still feel pulled between different cultural, family, or societal expectations. These struggles can bring stress, loneliness, or self-doubt, but they can also open the door to resilience, adaptability, and new ways of thriving.
We’ll work together to co-create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling, no matter which worlds or identities you are moving through.
